Wasn’t hard to guess the outcomes here, but I enjoyed this none the less.
Once again I find myself in the curiously-inevitible position of the British sporting fan, who finds their latest underdog contestant turn into a bridesmaid and NOT the bride … goodness me, I may be first person in history to generate a mental image of His Late Majesty Edward the IV in bridal gown … mere inches from the finish line!
Ah well, I can at least comfort myself by imagining that His Late Majesty might have made it into silver medal position had he been drawn against either of the other two candidates – who lack dragons and are less of an all-round threat.
Now, do I back The Mother of Dragons or the –
No, I’m sorry Lord Tyrion, but no matter how good your company may be, if it’s a choice between you and a beautiful lady that damsel had better be extravagantly crazy and/or evil for me to back you! (no offence, it’s not strictly a matter of preference, more a point of principle!).
